Learninf Russian can be easy. Like this word! Nose in Russian is a Cognate. It sounds basically the same.
An English speaker can say Nose the same way they normally would and it will only sound as if you have an accent (which you do anyway).
Otherwise, its more pronounced like NOS, without the E on the end.
